Shipping & Returns

(1) How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our shirts are made to order and take 2-7 business days to produce.  Once produced, we quickly ship your order out.  On average, most shirts will arrive a week and a half to two weeks from the time the order was placed.

(2) What if my item doesn't fit as expected?  Can I exchange it?
We include sizing charts within every product listing to help you find your perfect fit, but even then sometimes things just don’t fit as expected (don't worry, we’ve got you covered). Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a size exchange. All items for exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the original tags.

All exchanges must be authorized prior to acceptance by emailing us directly at contact@runnerisms.com.
  Once authorized we'll contact you via email to outline the exchange process.

(3) Do you accept returns?
All of our t-shirts are made to order and are considered final sale with the exception of damaged or incorrect items.  For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering. If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective / damaged, please contact us at contact@runnerisms.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received.  Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly.  All replacements will be for the same product and size
