FAQs, Returns, and Exchanges

(1) How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our shirts are made to order and take 2-7 business days to produce.  Once produced, it leaves our hands and the remaining waiting time depends on the method of shipping you chose.  On average, most shirts will arrive a week and a half to two weeks from the time the order was placed.

(2) What if my item doesn't fit as expected?  Can I exchange it?

We do our best to help get you in the right size by including sizing guides and recommendations within the product listing, but realize that sometimes things just don't fit as expected. Because of that, we have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. Any exchanged item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

All exchanges must be authorized prior to acceptance by emailing us directly at contact@runnerisms.com.
  Once authorized we'll contact you via email to outline the exchange process.

(3) Do you accept returns?

All of our t-shirts are made to order and are considered final sale with the exception of damaged or incorrect items.  For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering.

If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective / damaged, please contact us at contact@runnerisms.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received.  Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly.  All replacements will be for the same product and size.

(4) I love one of your designs but I need a bigger size.  Can you help me out?

We offer a wide variety of products and not all have the same sizing ranges available.  We do however have access to alternative, high quality products (ie. other t-shirts) that we can use to expand our size range.  If you see a design but need a larger size, feel free to contact us at contact@runnerisms.com and we'll set you up with an alternative option in our "Special Requests" collection!

(5) I love one of your designs but would prefer it on a long sleeve or sweatshirt?  Can you help me out?

We're constantly working to expand the options for our customers.  If you see a design you love but would prefer it on another item (ie. long sleeve tee, sweatshirt, tank, etc) please contact us at contact@runnerisms.com and we'll work quickly to make the option available to you in our online store.
